Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

Orders are shipped through UPS within Hong Kong only. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii; orders received from these states will be canceled. UPS does not service P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. We are currently not offering services to international countries. We begin processing your order after we process your payment.

 

*Please note there is an extended processing time due to warehouse delays.* 

Orders begin processing two business days after they are placed.

Due to our inventory changing daily, if we are unable to fulfill your order due to any missing item(s), we may refund any missing items and ship the remainder of your order.


If you choose check or money order for your payment method, it may take up to 10-15 business days to ship out the merchandise due to check/money order clearance.

Return Policy

We have a no return or exchange policy.  All sales are final.

Incorrect Merchandise

If the merchandise delivered to you is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service via e-mail immediately.  Please include your order number.  After the review of your request, we will e-mail you UPS return label to return incorrect merchandise.

1. You must submit a request within seven (7) days after receiving your package(s).
2. You may not return your merchandise without our approval. 

Upon receiving incorrect merchandise, we will ship the correct merchandise.

 

Defective and Damaged Merchandise

If the merchandise delivered to you is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service via e-mail immediately.  Please include your order number and a picture of the damaged merchandise. After the review of your report, we will refund you the amount of defective or damaged merchandise to your credit card or Paypal account.

1. You must submit a request within seven (7) days after receiving your package(s).
2. You don’t need to return defective or damaged merchandises unless we request.
